  • Review Budget
    • Review any changes to proposed budget
      • No new major changes to the budget
      • See Treasurers report (attached)
  • New Business:
    • Fundraiser Updates
      • North Texas Giving Day (updates)
      • Sock Fundraiser
      • Coffee in the Car Line
      • West Oak Coffee fundraiser
        • Have open account- can place a bulk order any time
      • Family Dinner Night
        • Places to consider for next year (Chipotle – all day)
    • School Beautification
      • RES updated outside/play area 
        • Fill dirt and grass in high traffic areas
    • Possible PTO projects
      • Landscaping/Hardscaping
        • Flowerbeds along back wall
        • Pavers to lead students away from building avoid (potentially) muddy areas
      • Working with Lowes for volunteer hours and donated supplies
      • Suggestions to PTO happily accepted

      • Preview night 2/1 6-8pm; pizza, chips, drinks provided by PTO (donations accepted)
    • Volunteer Needs
      • Book Fair 
        • Need help setting up on Wednesday 1/30 or Thursday 1/31
        • Help throughout the week (signup genius – look for link on Facebook)
      • Accelerated Reader Volunteers
        • Volunteers needed to catalog books
      • Donations needed for schoolwide PBIS store
        • Trinkets, art supplies, toys, gift cards, etc
      • Fun Food Friday! Always need helpers.
    • Director’s Report
      • Getting new swing sets, ball equipment, gaga ball pit (donated by a DCA family – Thank you!)
      • Accelerated Reader Program is beginning to be used schoolwide
    • PTO request
      • Storage shed exclusively for PTO materials (book fair supplies, buckets, decorations, etc)
        • Need to include shelves and storage bins for supplies
        • Proposing $1500 budget (voted and accepted)
      • Microwave for the teachers
      • Teachers attending PTO meetings (2) receive a $50 teacher pay teachers gift card
    • PTO Open Positions for 2019-2020 – accepting nominations and voting for April Meeting
